3. Payment Processing (Paddle Clause)

PMPodium uses Paddle as an authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). PMPodium does not store and has no access to your banking details (credit card numbers, PayPal credentials, etc.). This information is collected and processed directly by Paddle in accordance with their own privacy policy. Paddle only shares with us confirmation of payment, your country of residence (for tax purposes), and your email address.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: create and manage your access to the platform; track your progress and provide personalized statistics; send service emails (purchase confirmations, password resets); and improve the performance and security of our application.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Contract performance: necessary to provide you with SaaS access after purchase. Consent: for sending newsletters or promotional offers (if you have checked the relevant box). Legitimate interest: to ensure platform security and prevent fraud.

6. Data Retention

Account data: retained as long as your account is active. After 2 years of inactivity, your data is anonymized or deleted. Payment data: retained by Paddle in accordance with international financial legal obligations.

7. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers necessary for the service: Paddle for transaction management; our hosting provider to store application data; an audience analytics tool to understand overall site usage (anonymized data only).
